About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Supply Chain expert to join our team at JCB World Headquarters. This is a key leadership role responsible for creating and delivering robust policies, procedures and subsequent training programs across the Group for a range of Production & Materials planning activities. The area of responsibility will not be limited to but will range from translating & converting sales demand into deliverable build plans to ensuring there is a sustainable supply chain capable of delivering business needs.

The Production & Material Control function is the operational backbone of JCB’s manufacturing network and plays a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and material availability is consistently and effectively managed within a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
