Group Portfolio Lead

The Opportunity

The Group Portfolio Lead manages a regional group business portfolio within Specialty Personal Insurance, focuses on the group strategy, and contributes to Aviva’s priority to deliver growth at scale and achieve top-quartile profitability.

What you'll do:

• Support the rate adequacy evaluation and manage profitable growth performance of all groups
• Grow the number of clients in force by signing up and onboarding new groups; develop go-to-market tactics and strategies to penetrate existing groups
• Understand and report on regional results to keep PI partners informed on business objectives
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders including distribution partners, Actuarial and Underwriting
• Reflect the group segment perspective at the relevant tables, committees and projects, while always putting the interests of Aviva first and supporting decisions that reflect the One Aviv...
