Job Description

The Job:

We are looking for a senior corporate / M&A lawyer to join our Corporate Team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a senior transactional lawyer to join a well-established legal team primarily responsible for all Group corporate mattes including, amongst others, M&A, equity and debt financing, corporate compliance other corporate initiatives.
The successful candidate:
A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification legal experience in an internationally recognized jurisdiction, with excellent drafting and negotiating skills.

Solid experience in corporate finance work, particularly on regulatory compliance work in respect of the Hong Kong Listing Rules; strong commercial and corporate experience gained in an international law firm or corporate is essential.
