Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily manufacturing operations and adjust plans as needed Drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance (SPQRCE focus) Lead teams, manage performance, resolve conflict, and drive accountability Oversee production, quality inspections, problem-solving, and built in quality initiatives Manage change and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum years of managerial experience Experience leading people, solving complex problems, and making decisions Strong interpersonal and conflict-management skills Basic computer skills (email, Word, typing) Willingness to work rotating shifts and weekends Military background is a plus Lean Manufacturing, Conti...
