The resource, reporting directly to the Fabrication Manager, will coordinate the assigned team in order to achieve the main production objectives set by management, in terms of quality, production volumes, productivity, and service level.
Your Impact
Safety: Lead the team in full compliance with safety rules, policies, and procedures required in the production process
Contribute to targeted improvement of the team and performance (SAFETY, QUALITY, DELIVERY, PRODUCTIVITY)
Plan and supervise the work and activities of the team. Prepare the weekly/monthly robot schedule in agreement with the internal planning team, respecting deadlines imposed by the main line while ...
