Group Lead Technical Support (m/f/d)
to lead and manage a technical support specialist team, working closely with Engineering, Technical Project Management, and Technology Management in the Global Service team in Spain, performing relevant tasks as follows:
YOUR TASKS
Lead and manage Technical Support Specialist team in the region (functional and disciplinary)
Creating processes and ensuring guidelines are optimized for team's operation and its further development is in line with the established goals and objectives
Provide technical guidance and coaching to the team members
Provide technical expertise/support in assisting on-site or remote field technicians with installations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs for the wind turbine’s electrical system.
