This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operational service professional who enjoys making a visible difference in a fast-moving multi-site business. We are looking for a practical, hands‑on Group IT Service Delivery Manager to help run day-to-day IT services across a multi-site Group environment. Reporting to the Group CTO, this role is focused on keeping services running effectively, working closely with the MSP and other technology partners, and making sure issues are resolved quickly and properly.

Location: Wednesbury
