Overview

Melfort Group Home requires a part‑time support worker to provide in‑home support for five adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.

Responsibilities

Personal care, including medication administration; housekeeping; attendance at appointments; social outings; shopping; and recreational activities. Provide an alternate day program for residents on weekdays.

Qualifications

Willingness to submit to a criminal record check and provide a driver’s abstract; valid class 5 license. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent written and oral communication, organization, decision‑making, and problem‑solving under pressure or medical emergencies. If English is a second language, proof of a minimum Level 8 in ESL.
