Job Description

As FSQA Process Engineer within our Biscuits & Bakery division, you play a key role in ensuring that our products are not only delicious, but also safe, high-quality, and sustainably produced. You collaborate closely with internal production plants to embed strong FSQA processes, lead performance reviews, and drive continuous improvement across sites. With your structured approach and focus on collaboration, you help strengthen quality systems and ensure alignment across all Biscuits & Bakery production locations worldwide.
In this role, you ensure that safe, high-quality, sustainable, and compliant products reach our consumers by implementing robust FSQA processes at our Lotus Bakeries Biscuits & Bakery production sites.

Leading structured and effective performance review meetings is a key part of your role – you work closely with internal QA teams to assess performance, identify issues, set ambitious targets, and drive improvements.
