Position: Group CFO

Experience Required: 20-25 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the Group's overall financial strategy in line with business objectives.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Promoters and leadership team on financial planning, investments, expansion, and business growth.
• Lead corporate finance, treasury, cash flow management, working capital optimization, banking relationships, debt structuring, and fundraising initiatives.
• Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, MIS reporting, and business performance analysis across the Group.
• Oversee financial reporting, consolidation, statutory audits, taxation, GST, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.
