Financial Reporting Manager – Temporary (Potential Temp-to-Perm for the right candidate)

Ideal for a Big 4-trained accountant with 4+ years post-qualification experience. Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Reporting Manager will lead the Group’s financial reporting, tax, and working capital processes, ensuring accuracy and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead year-end audits and manage auditors.
• Prepare monthly group consolidation and management accounts; manage finance reporting across the Group.
• Prepare statutory accounts for non-consolidated companies and group consolidated accounts (including IFRS16).
• Review balance sheets, cash flow, and banking covenants; support treasury management.
