We are recruiting for a senior, hands-on Finance & Operations Lead to manage the financial rhythm and operating controls across a small portfolio of related Australian entities (including a health/wellness business with physical inventory and a family trust). Working directly with an experienced founder, this is a value-creation role where you are responsible for keeping immaculate books, protecting cash, and pushing proactive commercial insights.
