Must have cross-border experience (SADC) 15 to 20 years experience at Board level Confidently able to offer recommendations and advice to the business
Strong interpersonal skills Data and computer literacy Strong systems background. Ability to manage a team Leadership presence

Responsibilities: Prepare financial models for presentation at Board level and to predict outcomes Budgeting Ongoing exploration of automation opportunities, scalability and efficiency Project management Develop new finance processes where required and create capacity within respective teams to support new processes Ensure compliance with all statutory and tax legislation (VAT, Income tax and transfer pricing legislation) Work with the Group CFO and key business partners to agree on base set of reporting analytics Treasury and Risk Management Ability to analyse performance of the operation and to determine areas of potential cost reduction, improvement and policy and process change #J-18808-Ljbffr
