  About the role 
 3 days per week As the Group Finance Director at albelli-Photobox Group, you will play a critical role in providing consolidated financial information to key stakeholders. Reporting directly to the CFO and collaborating closely with other finance leaders, you will oversee financial controls, liquidity management, and financial reporting across the Group. Your expertise in accounting principles, financial leadership, and strategic decision-making will be instrumental in driving the Group's financial success and meeting the requirements of our financing agreements. 
  Primary Responsibilities: 
 Provide accurate and timely financial information to investors and lenders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
 Improve, implement, and align controls for the month-end close across the Group post-merger.
