Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Group Leader. 

In this role, the successful candidate Under the supervision of the School-Age Program Coordinator, responsible for the day-to-day operations and the development of the Warren Street Center school age program, as well as the direct operation of a school age classroom. This includes participating in ongoing staff development and program evaluation, curriculum planning and implementation, parent engagement and program operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Assisting the School-Age Coordinator and the Education Director in annually determining the goals and objectives of the school age program, as well as the methods to be used, tasks to be accomplished, resources needed, and a timeline for execution; 
Assist Education Director and the School-Age Coordinator in establishing mechanisms to assess the program quality and impact.
