Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy Group Exercise Coach to deliver engaging and results-driven fitness classes in a ladies-only commercial gym. The role focuses on class delivery, member engagement, and creating an excellent training experience that drives attendance and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 3–4 group exercise classes per day across a variety of formats including:
  • Functional Training
  • HIIT
  • Bootcamp
  • Core & Strength
  • Zumba / Dance Fitness
• Ensure high class quality, energy, and safety standards at all times
• Motivate and engage members to drive class participation and occupancy
• Build strong relationships with members to support
