Job description
Reporting to the Group Director ESG, your responsibilities include:
Contribute to Lotus Bakeries’ decarbonization roadmap by mapping suppliers based on emissions and climate maturity and engage with them to drive progress on our carbon reduction.Manage Lotus Bakeries’ ESG ratings such as EcoVadis and improve our ratings through structured analyses, gap assessments and recommendations on how to move forward.Act as the ESG expert to develop and maintain an LLM sustainability knowledge hub. This hub will allow our teams to be on top of customer and stakeholder questions, by providing accurate responses, training materials and up-to-date documentation.Develop an approach to be compliant with upcoming sustainability legislations such as CSDDD (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) and roll-out this approach in the organisation.
