Group Enterprise Architect

About The Role

The role is part of the BRUSH Group IT Leadership team with purpose of the role to shape and execute BRUSH’s enterprise architecture strategy. The role is responsible for defining the “To Be” state of our technology ecosystem.

The role holder will establish and govern architecture standards, lead end‑to‑end solution design across platforms ensuring alignment with our standards, business goals and regulatory requirements. They will play a leading role in Digital Transformation projects at BRUSH, translating complex business needs into clear technology options and strategic recommendations, whilst also working with integration partners to evaluate solutions and highlight risks. They will develop and define architecture roadmaps and champion continual improvement of the organisation’s applications and technology portfolio.
