Duties and Responsibilities:
Holistic Leadership and Global P&L Responsibility: Responsible for the Body Care & Cleansing Categories (Body Lotions, Showers & Baths, Deodorants, Hand & Foot Care, Oral Care, Hair Care) Strategic Development: Develop strategies for the respective categories, define and drive the innovation pipeline, create global category plans, and ensure sufficiency in the innovation pipeline to reach growth objectives based on consumer and market understanding, trends, and competitive landscape Innovation, Campaigns & Design: Lead innovation projects and oversee product development.
