Overview
The CXM Group Admin Specialist supports the Customer Experience Management (CXM) team operations function by providing administrative, coordination, and support services across the group. Its objective is to ensure efficient office operations, accurate records, timely reporting, and serve as a liaison among internal stakeholders.
Functions and Responsibilities
- Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence as required.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking and procurement activities.
- Support company events, workshops and internal communications.
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, and facilities.
- Coordinate communication between departments and external partners
