Our client in the retail/manufacturing industry is seeking a Group Accountant to join them in Germiston, Gauteng. The successful candidate will report to the Group Financial Manager and will have experience with bill of materials, accounting, creditors and expenses, cashbook, annual audits, and budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Accounting
• Creditors and Expenses
• Cashbook
• Record keeping and filing
• Internal controls
• Fixed Assets
• Annual Audits as part of the financial team
• Annual budgets

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Syspro experience required/will be advantageous
• Com Accounting Degree/Management Accounting
• Minimum 5 – 8 years’ experience required as an Accountant within a Retail industry
