Pay: £19 – £23 per hour (CIS, negotiable)

Hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
(Overtime and occasional weekends available)

We are actively looking for 2-3 experienced Groundworkers to start immediately on a busy private new-build housing site in York.

This is a long-term opportunity with consistent work, competitive pay, and overtime available. Ideal for reliable operatives who want steady work and good earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Drainage and ducting installation

* Flagging and kerbing

* Concrete works and finishing

* Laying foundations

* Working from drawings and site plans

* General groundworks on a live housing development
