Groundskeeper, Engineering, Full Time, Day

Position Summary To maintain all the grounds (paved and unpaved areas), landscaping (including snow removal), and minor repairs to grounds. The duties include fertilizing lawns, trees, shrubs and maintaining the landscape on the property. Maintain the aesthetic appeal of outside spaces by keeping lawns, hedges, shrubs, paths and trash pickup well‐kept. Ensure the facility looks great all year long. Education High school diploma or GED equivalent required. Experience Minimum of three (3) years of groundskeeping maintenance and/or landscape experience required. Special Skills Good organizational skills. Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) and interact with customers to meet their needs. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision. Ability to work cooperatively within a team environment.
