Position: Groundskeeper (Elbert)

Location: Elbert Campus

Department: Economic Development & Elbert Campus

Reports to: Vice President for Economic Development & Elbert Campus

Salary/Benefits: Salary is commensurate with education and experience. State of Georgia benefits package.

Responsibilities:


+ Coordinate ground maintenance work with contractors; review work and sign monthly receiving report for services; and ensure that the grass is mowed, clippings removed, areas trimmed, leaves removed, sidewalks edged, shrubbery pruned, weeds removed from beds, grass fertilized, trash removed, and parking lots and curbs cleaned.

+ Plant and maintain campus shrubs and ornamentals in accordance with the master landscape plan.

+ Patrol grounds daily and pick up and dispose of any trash in the immediate areas of the buildings, parking lots, ...
