Groundskeeper

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a Groundskeeper at Destination El Paso at the El Paso Convention & Performing Arts Center. The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining facility grounds and landscaping.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


+ Performs exterior cleaning of all grounds inclusive of; slip areas, steps, docks, and lots.

+ Water and maintains facility gardens and landscape.

+ Occasional driving of a company vehicle such as trucks, sweepers or maintenance carts.

+ Maintains and inventories grounds equipment and supplies.

+ Directs part-time personnel on department duties or special projects as required.

+ Working knowledge of general grounds keeping and familiarity with related equipment required.

+ Ability to work flexible/irregular hours.
