What you'll be doing
as a Groundskeeper/Porter:
Respond to and complete work orders in a timely manner Ensure the property's appearance is excellent by picking up trash, replacing light bulbs, painting and performing repairs Provide excellent service when interacting with residents, guests, and vendors Identify any issues regarding safety, hazardous conditions or maintenance needs in the property and correct them or report them to the Maintenance Supervisor Prepare vacant units for move-in Perform electrical and plumbing work as required Close work orders in Yardi with notes Deliver notices to residents and assist with other tasks as needed Additional duties may apply What you must have:
High school diploma or general education degree Must have own tool kit Must be willing to work a varied schedule including weekends and holiday...
