Grounds Maintenance Operative - Solihull

We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced grounds maintenance operatives and landscapers to work with a well‑respected Housing Association as part of an award‑winning maintenance team.

Our client are looking for experienced groundsmen to join their ranks. The ideal candidate would have experience in high‑quality grass‑cutting, lawn maintenance, weeding, and trimming as well as competency in relevant tools. Banksman training is ideal also.

This is a brilliant chance to join a nationwide Housing Association with a proven track‑record in investing in hard‑workers and communities.

Job Details

• Pay Rate: £16.78 P/H (Umbrella) – paid weekly
• Length: Long‑term sick cover
• Hours: 37 per week, Monday‑Thursday 07:30 to 15:30 and Friday 7:30 to 15:00
• Location: B37
