Overview

RG Setsquare is working closely with a Grounds Maintenance contractor to provide an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a directly employed team ASAP. The team works in the public sector, maintaining green spaces for a Housing Association.

Responsibilities

The role includes managing lawns, bushes, shrubs, and weeds. Duties also include mowing, strimming, and cleaning while covering a set route in the local area to ensure proactive maintenance. The role focuses heavily on weed control, with spraying tickets beneficial. Options for training in this area available for suitable candidates.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving License (essential)
• PA1 and PA6 (preferred, but not essential) – company can arrange.
• No CSCS card required.
