£24,000 to £28,800 per annum.

Location: Loughton, with duties across various areas within the Epping region.

Key Responsibilities

• Be physically fit and able to use equipment requiring agility, strength and dexterity.

• Maintain good timekeeping and consistent attendance.
• Follow directions and work instructions from senior colleagues.
• Accept flexible work patterns and duties as required.

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• Good standard of education (GCSE's).
• Understanding of grounds maintenance machinery and equipment.
