We are currently recruiting for an Experienced Gardener to join a growing grounds maintenance team based in the Stratford area. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £28,000 per year, working within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Our client is an established and fast-growing UK provider of integrated grounds maintenance and green space management services. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking to strengthen their horticultural teams across multiple sites in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out a full range of grounds maintenance and horticultural duties
Using hand tools and powered equipment such as hedge cutters, strimmers, and mowers
Planting, pruning, and maintaining shrubs, flower beds, and seasonal displays
Supporting overall site presentation and quality standards
