Grounds Maintenance & Cleaning Team Leader

Pinnacle Group are looking for a proactive and hands on Grounds Maintenance and Cleaning Team Leader to join our Soft FM teams who cover numerous different housing sites including general needs estates, sheltered accommodation blocks and extra care facilities.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations - including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

Working from our Slough office, you'll lead a team delivering high quality grounds maintenance, gardening and cleaning services across a diverse portfolio of sites throughout Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and London.
