**Position Overview**

Join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and beautiful campus year-round. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where you’ll perform landscaping, maintenance, and winter snow removal in all weather conditions.

**🔧 Key Responsibilities**

+ Inspect grounds to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards
+ Remove litter and debris from lawns, walkways, and common areas
+ Perform landscaping tasks: mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and weeding
+ Handle seasonal work like leaf removal and general upkeep
+ Provide lawn care: fertilizing, watering, and turf maintenance
+ Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and garden beds
+ Keep flowerbeds neat and weed-free
+ Operate landscaping tools safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
+ Assist with large campus landscaping projects
