**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Grounds Lead is responsible for maintaining the appearance and upkeep of Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma properties. This is a working lead position that provides direction and oversight to a grounds maintenance crew while ensuring assigned properties are maintained to established standards. You will report to a Grounds Supervisor or Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. Lead and support a grounds maintenance crew to ensure work is completed efficiently, meets established quality standards, and reflects pride in workmanship.
2. Provide guidance and on-the-job training to ensure team members understand assigned tasks and properly operate equipment.
3. Assist with inventory control, including monitoring, maintaining, and organizing grounds equipment and supplies.
