Groundcare (Horticultural) Service Technician (Dumfries Depot)

Our Service Technicians perform diagnostics, maintenance and repairs on agricultural and horticultural machinery, both in our busy workshop and on-site at our customers’ locations. We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team, specifically focussing on groundcare/horticultural machinery & equipment, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch if this role is of interest to you.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work accurately and efficiently
• Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve issues
• Carry out pre‑delivery inspections and prepare equipment for customer use
• Complete job cards, service reports, and warranty documentation accurately
• Provide technical support and advice to customers when required
• Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer guidelines and health & safety standards
