We’re on the lookout for an experienced and driven Ground Handling Training and Compliance Manager to lead training strategy and compliance across our Ground Handling operations. Based in a senior leadership role, you’ll play a key part in driving operational excellence, ensuring compliance with regulatory and airline requirements, and building a high-performing training culture across the business.

About You and the Role:

• Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement and gap analysis of the dnata dGOM (training and compliance standards)
• Lead the development and implementation of prerequisite programs to support the company’s management systems to meet and exceed all regulatory requirements i.e. ISO 9001 & ISAGO
