**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Grinding Machine Operator with experience in setting up and operating older manual grinders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of precision machining, tight tolerances, and the ability to read blueprints and perform basic math calculations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate grinding machines (OD/ID or surface) depending on shop requirements.
+ Perform precision grinding on various metal components.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
+ Make necessary offsets, adjust tooling, and dial in set-ups for optimal performance.
+ Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision gauges.

**Essential Skills**

+ 2+ years of experience with ID/OD grinding, preferably with older manual machines.
