Grinder/Polisher/Sander - 1st Shift

**Job Description:**

The first shift Kettle Polisher will perform a wide variety of polishing operations to obtain specified finish or polish and luster to fabrications and parts from sheet metal, stainless and other materials. Involves set ups and operation of tools and equipment to remove excess material or burrs from surfaces to buff or polish metal while observing safety, housekeeping and quality management procedures. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, plan work and support the organization through individual contribution and teamwork environment. May require overtime.

+ Operate finishing tools to obtain desired finish without impacting product performance and visual aesthetic
+ Perform visual inspection of product to ensure removal of blemish, debris, etc.
