**Job Title: Grinder Operator**
**Job Description**
Set up and ensure the machine operates efficiently, adhering to quality and industry standards. Understand the mechanics of Cincinnati Grinding machines, including fixture, grinding speeds, and grinding rates.

**Responsibilities**

+ Troubleshoot and set up Cincinnati Grinder #3 (EAs or OMs) and Twin Grip grinding for OD.
+ Demonstrate knowledge and experience with Twin Grip Grinders, Mecco/Medart Straighteners, Chamfer Machines, and Air Compressors.
+ Set up and operate machines according to work orders and specifications.
+ Select, place, and secure tools; place and secure workpieces on the machine table.
+ Prepare fixtures and feeding devices, start machines, and engage feeds.
+ Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure precision.
+ Sharpen tools using a bench grinder.
