Job Description: J. Post Haulage is seeking an experienced Grinder Operator to operate a grinder throughout the region. This is a hands‑on role ideal for an operator who is confident working independently, managing multiple tasks on site, and maintaining a strong focus on safety.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate a grinder safely and efficiently
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
• Complete mulching and land‑clearing work as directed
• Assist with other site tasks as required
• Work independently while communicating effectively with supervisors and crew
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
