Job Summary

The Grid Software Engineering Quality Lead will drive a cross‑portfolio consolidated program to improve our product quality, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and NPS. Quality includes the left side of the quality curve by decreasing defects being released, the right side by managing incoming issues more effectively, and the outside of the curve where expectations, requirements, and scope create perceived quality issues.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Champion engineering quality across the GridOS portfolio and develop deep expertise in Grid modernization software.
• Own the quality strategy for GridOS engineering: define and operationalize standards, automation frameworks, test strategies, and quality guardrails.
