About the Role
Imperial Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Greenhouse Supervisor to oversee greenhouse operations, including nursery management, salad crop production, vine crop cultivation, harvesting, post-harvest processing, and workforce supervision. The successful candidate will ensure optimal crop health, productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with company procedures and food safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily greenhouse operations, including nursery, salad, and vine crop production activities.
Monitor crop growth, plant health, irrigation, fertilization, and pest management programs.
Ensure proper transplanting, pruning, trellising, harvesting, and crop maintenance practices.
