Job Description

I am looking for 2 Pakistan based graphic designers for a few projects & full time roles.

However, with that said - there are a few things. I have decades of experience on every single side of a creative discussion - client, designer, agency, marketing - so I won't waste your time with stupid comments like Make the logo pop out more crap. You are the creative, I respect what you do - I'll do what I do best, explain what is needed without hindering your creativity.

I am looking for a few things.

1. Someone who is able to understand a brief, question it, and take liberty with application of it. I am not going to dictate your art. I'll give you a direction - because every designer has his/her style, and I'll pick someone based on their portfolio so it's stupid of me to ask you to change your style - I want you to be able to understand the brief and use your thinking / ability / skill / style to come up with the requested output. <...
