GRAPHIC DESIGNER (1)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands) is preferred; however, relevant experience will also be considered
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Canva/other design tools
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar) is a strong plus
• A strong eye for layout, color, and typography
• Basic understanding of photography, photo editing, and 3D rendering integration for real estate visuals is an advantage
