The Grants Management Specialist provides consulting and implementation support to state, local, and education (SLED) agencies administering federally funded programs. This role ensures compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 (Uniform Guidance), Build America, Buy America (BABA), and agency-specific federal requirements (e.g., DoD, FAA, FTA, CMS, FHWA, USDA, HUD).
This position supports the full lifecycle of grant-funded projects — from application through closeout — with a focus on procurement compliance, subrecipient oversight, financial controls, and audit readiness.
Key Responsibilities
+ Advise client agencies on federal grant compliance and procurement standards.
+ Support grant application development, including drafting scopes of work and reviewing budgets.
