About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented, intellectually curious intern to join the Grants & Partnerships team. You will support the full grant lifecycle, from identifying funding opportunities to contributing to proposal development and donor reporting. A core expectation of this role is the ability to conduct rigorous research and synthesize information into clear, compelling written content that supports BURN's institutional fundraising efforts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Support research on relevant data and statistics to strengthen grant proposals, under the guidance of the grants team.
+ Assist in identifying potential grant opportunities from local and international donors by reviewing funding databases and donor websites.
+ Maintain an updated list of grant opportunities and awards including deadlines, eligibility criteria, and basic application requirements.
