GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Grants Accountant at Whitney Young Health prepares, analyzes and manages budgets and accounting for all grants and contracts in partnership with the various Program Directors. Requires significant hands-on detailed accounting and general ledger analysis work with advanced spreadsheet knowledge and experience. Manages other financial-related activities such as deposits, checking bank balances, reconciliations and all other assignments as requested.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Manages all financial processes, procedures, payments and reconciliation for multiple government and private grants/contracts, and private donation funds to ensure fiscal accountability of the programs including budget submissions, budget revisions and required financial report...
