Job Description

A highly respected international law firm is seeking a confident and organised Graduate recruitment specialist to support recruitment, trainee development and wider people initiatives within its London office. This is a broad, hands‑on role offering strong visibility and real ownership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead full‑cycle recruitment for trainees, junior lawyers, lateral hires and business services roles, ensuring a smooth and professional process.

Manage the firm’s trainee solicitor programme, including onboarding, SQE coordination, seat rotations, secondments and qualification pathways.

Oversee induction and onboarding processes to deliver an exceptional new‑joiner experience.

Partner closely with HR leadership on projects and provide operational support across the London HR function.
