Job description   Job title Graduate Recruitment Adviser / Career Advisor School/Function Employability and Graduate Outcomes Responsible to Head of Employability and Graduate Outcomes Responsible for Mentoring / supporting students to secure a professional occupation and drive positive graduate outcomes Location All Campuses Working Pattern Full time (40hrs PW) Job description Overall purpose This is a new post based on the Graduate Outcomes Career Team.

The post holder will work closely with stakeholders including: the Graduate Outcomes Manager and team, Director Student Experience, academic staff, Work Placement Coordinators and employers to coach, support and prepare Regent College London (RCL) students to secure graduate level, professional occupations and / or progress to suitable further study.

The post holder will be responsible for establishing, implementing and coordinating relevant contemporary careers support and progression processes.
