This role is ideal for a recent engineering graduate who is looking to build hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment while developing strong technical, analytical, and continuous improvement skills.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this role supports production operations through preventative maintenance and process optimisation while working cross-functionally on data analysis, system improvements, and project initiatives, including the implementation of lean systems, digital enhancements, and production efficiency improvements.
