An exciting opportunity has arisen within this leading UK engineering company for a Graduate Product Support Engineer at its Hinckley design and manufacturing facility.
THE ROLE
• Support Group, Distribution Partners, and End Users globally.
• Technical sales support – training the sales team, setting up demonstrations, troubleshooting.
• Customer facing role
• Carry out onsite product verifications.
• Liaise with Engineering and engineers on customer requirements.
• Manage corporate installations; commission projects and train customers.
